I know my situation is pretty difficult. I knew my options were going to be limited but my criteria was reliable and affordable. I started talking with Rock and he paired me with this amazing woman, Bonnie Robinson. Sometimes you just click, and I knew she understood not only my situation but that she'd help me find the best deal. I had been looking casually about 1-2 months, but only seriously a few weeks. In about a week, Bonnie found the deal. See, I know it's a game of a lot of components when buying and selling cars. My process here was perfect with Bonnie. I wanted a car and she wanted to sell me one. They make millions, right? She found the best deal around and was great the entire time. I can't think of anything they could've done better. I feel really good about the whole experience. When I need to do this again, trade, shop with the offspring, I'm coming back and asking for Bonnie. Btw, she took the time to show me what I needed to fix and how with my credit challenges and even talked with me about how to refinance after a year. More

I was skeptical as I have been through the car buying experience before whuch involved shady sales tactics, long waits and bait and switch attempts. When I arr with my sister, we met Bonnie Robinson who helped through the rest of the process including the actual signing of the papers. The deal offered to me over the phone by James was the real deal that was consistent and what I signed my final papers agreeing to. That has never happened at a car dealership!
