I am now the proud owner of a 2016 Kia Soul with only 6000 miles on it! Honestly, the experience could not have been better. Bonnie was super attentive from day one...emailing and calling with information for a week before my wife and I actually made it out to the dealership...and then walking us through every step up to the point that we pulled out of the dealership in our new vehicle with giant smiles on our faces!! I would recommend Dick Hannah to ANYBODY...no matter what their financial status may be...and I'm sure the entire staff is amazing...but I'm partial to Bonnie. More

Fantastic experience! I was in the market for a new car, and I dealt with months of bad experiences at other dealerships. Every Dick Hannah at the Vancouver Auto Mall gave I was in the market for a new car, and I dealt with months of bad experiences at other dealerships. Every Dick Hannah at the Vancouver Auto Mall gave me an absolutely terrible experience, so I started to lose faith in the brand. I decided to branch out one more time and give Dick Says Yes in Hazeldell and it completely switched my entire opinion on Dick Hannah. We found an add online for a 2015 Nissan Sentra on sale for around 11 grand. We mentioned this to a manager at the Van Mall location and he kept saying I wouldn't be able to get approved for that car, even though I had already been approved for a more expensive car, as well as a cheaper car. So I was curious as to why this one wasn't working out, despite not having any issues with any of the other cars. I couldn't get a straight answer out of him so I decided to go talk to the other dealerships myself and maybe get a better answer as to WHY I wouldn't be able to get that car. Well I walked in and was greeted by Nick with a bright warm smile. We told him what car we were interested in and within 20 minutes I was already approved and all of my standards (down payment, trade in value of my car, monthly payments, warranty, etc) were met without any problems! Me and Nick had a blast joking around while we filled out the paperwork and I cannot stress enough how amazing he was. After the xxxx i went through trying to find a car, it was so refreshing feeling like I was taken care of from the moment i walked in the door. Nothing but positive things to say about Nick, and this location in general. Go buy a car here. You owe it to yourself. More
