Helpful, flexible, and easy to work with I came in with a set amount I wanted to spend as well as some specific features I was looking for. At no point did they try to up-sell me to another v I came in with a set amount I wanted to spend as well as some specific features I was looking for. At no point did they try to up-sell me to another vehicle and even offered to bring some cars I'd seen at other locations to their lot if I was interested in coming back the next day. When I'd narrowed it down to the two cars I was interested they worked on the financing for both so I could make the most informed choice. After I bought the vehicle I brought it back because a day later because of an under-inflated tire light and asked them to run it through their shop to ensure that there was nothing wrong with the car. In the meantime they allowed me, at my request, to drive the other car I'd been considering and even extended the 5 day no-questions-asked return so that I could decide if I liked this car better. Both the sales consultant JT Wheeler and the finance coordinator Rock Sobeck were very helpful. JT let me into any car I asked about and was not pushy or impatient as I took my time selecting my car. Rock was great helping me come in at the price point I wanted and was willing to work on the price. Overall I had a very good experience and would certainly recommend the dealership. If I was to do it all over again the only difference is that I would have taken them up on their offer to bring in all of the vehicles I had seen online to a single location. More

He patiently walked me through the process of purchasing a used vehicle. They provided me with multiple vehicles to choose from and in the end, kept me within a few dollars of the car payment I needed. They answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I found a car and he went to Portland and got it for me. He was straight to the point and called me five days later to checked on the car and I! LOL Just didn't get a full tank of gas.
