Way above my expectations My name is Todd Hovland and I recently found myself in need of a new car. I was very hesitant to even go to a dealer as my previous experience with a different dealer was less than positive. I had spent 1 hour in another dealership many years ago and it was horrible. I told myself then that I would never do that again. But that was many years ago. I have heard the radio ads for Dick Says Yes and figured I would give them a chance. Boy am I glad I did. I worked with only one person and my experience was 100% positive. Nick was honest, upfront, and communicated clearly during the entire process. I drove my new Nissan home that day. I recommend the dealership in general and Nick in particular. I plan on asking for Nick by name when it is time for myself and my family to buy our next car. Very easy going, smooth We found this Toyota Camry on line and it was at Dick Hanna in Vancouver, marked down that we were interested in seeing the car - got a message back v We found this Toyota Camry on line and it was at Dick Hanna in Vancouver, marked down that we were interested in seeing the car - got a message back very shortly from a salesman (Jim Mahin) and we called him and set up an appointment to meet, and see the vehicle. Turns out we didn't like the Camry after all and were ready to leave - Jim then showed us this 2017 Corolla XSE, Super nice color that my wife and I never thought about buying before and living on dirt roads wouldn't need cleaning every trip. Took it for a test drive and fell in love instantly, Jim was very easy going and provided NO STRESS level sales tactics which we have endured this whole car buying experience at other dealerships. Sitting down at the office to finance the car we usually feel the uneasiness the most, but again - no stress, we were qualified quickly and the paperwork was done quickly as well. We both look at each other and agreed how impressed and relaxed we had been thru the whole experience as we drove off in our Toyota Corolla XSE .
