He educated me on all of the add ons I could purchase but didn't guilt trip me if I declined, he ACTUALLY listened when I said an affordable monthly payment was my #1 priority and worked each adjustment to honor that. He walked me through the process of being my own advocate and I left with a car I love, at the payment I wanted, at a significantly better interest rate than I thought I'd have to settle for.
