I needed to have my monthly payments within a certain amount, and he did exactly that. Andrew was honest, he cared about what I wanted, and most importantly, had a great sense of humor. Yes , they have changed from 5 years ago. New sales approach, willingness to help in anyway they can to get you the car you want. Credit issues are not a problem, oustanding warranty offered and if you approach, willingness to help in anyway they can to get you the car you want. Credit issues are not a problem, oustanding warranty offered and if you are not satisfied with the car you purchased...bring it back. You have 30 days to trade it in on another car of equal or higher value. Service dept went above & beyond to make me happy. Call Jim, no pressure & will get you the car you want. JM More
I bought a car a few years ago and had really bad credit so I had a higher interest rate. Well I got a call that I should trade my car in and see if I could get a better deal. It was fast, easy and seriously the best experience I have had ever buying a car. My interest rate went from 25% to 12%!!!! I couldn't believe it! I got a way nicer car and my payment is smaller now! Robert signed all the paperwork with me and made me laugh the whole time. Chris came out and told me options that would work and really answered all my questions about everything. Before I left Reuben, who is the manager of the store, shook my hand and congratulated me. I will come back again and again. These are great people. If you hate the old school car people, come here because they treat you like family...sounds corny but it's true. More
I must say my experience with Dick says Yes was awesome. I was referred to them from a friend of mine who said to contact Jim (sales dude) because he was straight up on everything. From the time we walkin thur the door to the time we left, not once did I feel like they were trying to rip me off or sugar coat my situation. Here's my situation: Credit score 550-600 Car loan $7900 (only worth $5100) 123,000miles (2002) Interest rate 33% Money down $400 Now I've been to plently of car dealerships that have told me that I needed better credit, more money, blah blah. Then they would give or present me a car not even your 80 yr old grandma would want to drive. But not here. Jim spoke with the financial folks in the back and within an hour he had presented me with a 2009 Ford Focus w/only 17K on it. I mean it was sweet, however I can't drive a stick so I had to pass it up. So it was back to the drawing board. This time Jim let me & my boyfriend search their inventory for a car we liked. Once we found one, he presentd to the finanical guy (Robert) and it was a GO! I can not express how greatful I am for both of them. My payments are a little higher than what I was previously paying but I got GAP insurance and theft protection so I am not complaining. My interest rate dropped significally and the process only took 4 hours total. I will definitely be back to get my second car in a couple of years because of how honest they were. More

He went out of his way to bring in a car from Albany, OR for me to see and test drive. He was attentive and courteous and very polite. My experience with Dick says yes was in partially due to Nicholas Barnes. even though I was not able to buy a car from this dealership, I would recommend doing business with this company to any one. especially referring Nicholas to be their salesperson. He is an asset to the company. For me the experience was enjoyable one. More

Nick went far and beyond customer service, found out our tire has a bubble in it and our antanna was not on the car, he went out of his way to get the ok's from his manager to get my car fixed. I bought my 2005 Dodge Neon from Dick Hannah 2 weeks ago it was on a Thursday evening. I had a good experience buying the car from Nick. He was professional and understanding of what kind of car I needed and put all the personal touches on it. Nick was awesome and I enjoyed doing business with him. I know the rest of my review is out of his hands, but he honestly is the reason why I am not giving a 1 Star Review. I was happy I was able to get financing being that my credit is not impeccable and was happy with it when I drove off the lot, even through the whole process took about 4-5 hours. 2 days later, on the Saturday, I took the Neon through DEQ, it passed with flying colors, then later that same day realized that the floor on the passenger’s side seat was soaking wet. I tried to see if I could trace where the water was coming from and estimated that it is either coming from the windshield or assumed the heater core or the AC was leaking, intensely. I have a shop vac in my garage and I started extracting water from the passenger’s side floor, an hour and 3 gallons of water later, it was a little less flooded. I kept my eye on it the whole time, I was pretty nervous to drive anywhere because I didn’t want to hurt the car but I did anyway. I called Dick Hannah, it took me about 2 days and 4+ times calling before I got a response and explained the situation and asked them to fix it. I also asked them if they could check out my radiator fluid, it looked like an icky brown. Last next Monday I bought my car in, I had to take a day off work since I am coming from Portland and my job is much too far from public transportation to arrange anything else. The lady that works in the Service Dept said that the windshield man worked his magic when he was done they let the car sit for a while and called me and told me that they took a high pressure water hose to the windshield after it was resealed and didn’t notice anymore leaks. They were willing to flush out the radiator fluid but wanted to charge $100.00. This morning when I got into my car, guess what? The passenger’s side floor is flooded again! This time it is worse than last time. Mind you I didn’t drive it at all over the weekend but this is so un cool! I know it’s coming from behind the glove box, but nothing in the glove box is wet. I just bought the darn thing and it smells like mold, and every time I take a right hand turn it sounds like someone is splashing in a swimming pool. I hate to sound like I’m a bitchy customer, because I’m actually really cool and I understand that xxxx happens but I have to say that I am regretting doing business here due to their lack of response to this issue and I am sad to think that I actually thought these were good proactive people. They didn’t get it right the first time, they didn’t get it right the second time. Are they even going to try to fix it the 3rd time or are they going to charge me an arm and a leg? Who knows if this will ever get fixed. At this point I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. I would like to see this issue resolved once and for all, once it is resolved then I would love to give Dick Says Yes a good review but in the meantime…… More
Overall, the experience, while it took awhile, was not at all bad. Andrew was friendly and willing to answer questions as best as he could.
