We went to local dealership and found few options. I contacted Jake andhe was very straight about the process and had many options with large inventory. Lance was was very nice, there was no pressure from anybody. I felt like he not only wanted to sell a car but get to know his customers and make conversation and keep us as buyers involved and keeping anybody. I am picky. Lance found the exact car I needed. He did not try to find me something I didnt need, nor did he push me to make a financial decision I have regretted. In fact, he stayed well after his shift not try to find me something I didnt need, nor did he push me to make a financial decision I have regretted. I am in the midst of a divorce which has left my credit in a state of shambles, I had to take on my ex's car loan on top of my own which created a mess for my trade in. Despite this Jim Mahin worked with in a state of shambles, I had to take on my ex's car loan on top of my own which created a mess for my trade in. Despite this Jim Mahin worked with me to find a deal that would get me out of my old situation and into a newer car with low miles that I can be happy with passing on to my child in a couple of years. I did have to make to trips up here but in the end we got a deal done in the range I could afford. More

Jim Mahin at Dick Hannah Dick Says Yes is an amazing Sales Consultant. Between him and the manager Chris Jarvis they only had to show me numbers one time and they were above what I expected. I went here to look at vehicles for my very first time purchasing a car. With no prior experience, I was nervous I was going to be overwhelmed, pressured, and taken advantage of. Michael was very friendly purchasing a car. With no prior experience, I was nervous I was going to be overwhelmed, pressured, and taken advantage of. Michael was very friendly, patient, and assured us he wasn't going to hassle us into buying from him. He took me to test drive a car but when I didn't like it, he took me to their other dealership for more options. It was indeed there that I found and purchased my car! We traded in 2 vehicles for one and couldn't be happier with the ease of the transaction. The financial manager was new to his job but had been a sales rep for several years prior to his transition to the with the ease of the transaction. The financial manager was new to his job but had been a sales rep for several years prior to his transition to the loan dept. so he knows the ropes really well. Our sale rep was Rebecca Alba, she is super nice, she gives you the feeling you are buying a car with a friend, she is the opposite of a pushy sales person and I recommend her to anyone who is looking to avoid feeling pressured.
