On 3/23/2013 I visited and purchased a used vehicle at Dick Says Yes. I had a terrific experience in both the financing and picking out a vehicle. The entire process was quick, easy and painless. My sales person, Lawrence Ram, did a fantastic job in helping me find a perfect vehicle that meets my needs and finances. He was very friendly and even helped me pick out a car in just a matter of minutes. The entire process only took about 2 hours. During this time, I was able to fill out a loan application, test drive the vehicle, chat about sports, enjoy a few cups of coffee and sign the paperwork. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had purchasing a car. The entire staff treats the customer like he or she is part of the Dick Hannah family. Purchasing a vehicle here was not like a typical dealership. Lawrence Ram and his entire staff did a fantastic job in walking me through the paperwork and answering all the questions I had. I was referred to Lawrence at Dick Hannah of Vancouver from my cousin who had just bought a new car from them and raved about her experience with them. How easy they were to work with her credit and find from my cousin who had just bought a new car from them and raved about her experience with them. I wasn't really even needing a new car or anything but after I saw her new car and how happy she was I thought about it for a day and thought what the heck, maybe it's time to upgrade! So I called Lawrence up. told him what I was looking for and within a couple days he called me and said he thought he'd find a couple cars I might be interested in, so I made an appointment to check them out and when I went in he showed me what they had, it was a very cute small SUV similar to what I was looking for but not the right make. So I mentioned to Lawrence while we were test driving the car that I was an extremely impatient person, I like to find what i'm looking for quickly and be in and out. I wasn't sold yet and had an appointment to get to so I apologized and asked if we could reschedule a time for me to come back. He was very flexible set up the day and time I wanted and he said he was going to do everything he could to find exactly what I wanted. the day before my appointment he called to confirm I was coming in and to tell me he had found the car I was looking for! So the next day rolled around and I forgot to mention I live in Beaverton, Oregon which isn't too far out of the way but there are plenty of dealership close to me but this one was definitely worth the trip. Anyways I get to the dealership and we go to the car that I was asking for. And it was EXACTLY what I was asking for down to the color! I wanted a small SUV preferably a Honda CR-V in silver. That's what he brought me to! There was one other option he though I may like and it also was a great choice but I went with original choice. We went back to the office to do all negotiations and paperwork. They were able to finance me at the rate I wanted and it didn't take forever. It didn't take nearly as long as I was expecting. Lawrence was very upfront with my options, he didn't beat around the bush or try to sell me something I didn't want. He was EXCELLENT!!! He was down to earth not the typical "scummy car salesman" you expect to be greeted by! I never write reviews either but I just wanted to make sure Lawrence got the credit he deserves. When we started our recent mini-van hunt, we started at this dealership mostly because of it's easy location right off of I-5. Lance Preston was our salesman. He gets the highest recommendation from us. He is personable, low pressure, and was simply interested in helping us find the car that fit our needs. The 'Dick Says Yes' location didn't have a vehicle we were looking for, so Lance grabbed one of the lot cars and took us to look at inventory at the Dick Hanna Auto Mall. After testing several makes, models, and styles of vehicle, we landed on the right one for us. Thanks again Lance and the rest of the team there. It was the best car dealership I've ever had. Went back 2 years later to see what Jim could do for me now that I've improved my situation income/credit. I brought back the car they'd sold me just 2 years ago, were they reduced my interest rate by 8% a now that I've improved my situation income/credit. I brought back the car they'd sold me just 2 years ago, were they reduced my interest rate by 8% and put me in a good car...no problems at all. This time my interest rate reduced by 9%, im in the teens as they promised 2 years ago and I'm in a much newer car 2011!!!! I'm so excited, 36 mo warranty/maintenance plan. In 2 hours I knew what I qualified for, what my options were and 30 mins laters I was completing paperwork for a total of 2 1/2 hours for the total process. I love how they keep it real, no BS'in, quick and reliable cars guaranteed. Jim is incredible! Best car salesman I've ever dealt with! More

I was apprehensive about purchasing a used car from a dealer as used car salesmen have such bad reputations, however, I was more than surprised at how well I was taken care of by Jacob Adams. He was not pushy, he listened very carefully to what I was looking for and what my price range was. At no point was he ever pushy or rude. His helpful, friendly attitude was refreshing. He knew I didnt "need" to purchase a car and understood my need to get the right deal before I signed anything. I cant speak highly enough of Jacob, such a friendly young man who wasnt out to make a sale or a commission, he was out to make a new friend. Dick Hannah Used Car dealership was a joy to work with.
