The salesman emailed 2-3 times a day asking for my husband, and I to leave a review, I finally did the within 1-2 days of leaving a good review they listed my vehicle for over 12K of what they offered as our trade-in value. We were overcharged for unneeded and unnecessary items. We did not receive our license plates in a timely manner - took almost 60 days.
