Unbelievable! Found a used vehicle and communicated via email and text about a purchase and trade. Was provided a number which was close to expected, tried to negotiate a little but they were not willing to budge. Reached out via email and text and waited for a few hours for a response. Finally exchanged a couple texts, so I submitted my application to my CU (no credit run, just the initial pre approval). Then the dealer tells me they forgot to add tax, so now I informed them that it's outside my budget. Then I get a text saying that the vehicle may be sold to someone at their sister dealership and am i still interested. I said yes but not at that price. Dealer asks if I'd let them run credit and extend the term to get my payment where I want to be and that the vehicle is still available. Told them I didn't want to take a hit on the credit report if it's not worth it. They gave me ball park numbers and I submitted the app. They pulled credit. An hour later, after I got done at an appointment I asked for an update and was told the vehicle has sold! What an absolute frustrating waste of time and effort... not to mention the hit to my credit report. Absolutely unbelievable...I'm furious! More

I appreciated her willingness to help without being “pushy” at all. Once in the dealership Lesette walked me through the truck and sent me on a test drive. I came back the next weekend with my wife to get the final approval. Lesette had the truck right upfront waiting for us. After some negotiating we settled on the final numbers and the rest is history. Overall the entire staff was extremely helpful, very customer service driven and willing to help us in anyway they could. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family! Thanks! More
