Ed Ashworth went above and beyond to locate my 2021 Z71 Tahoe, which were "out of production" at the time! He explained that even with a special order, it could be 6 months to receive it! I ordered....while waiting, Ed never stopped searching and contacted me March 30th, stating he found one exactly the way I had ordered mine, and would be arriving April 6th! Emailed him all requested documents and ID as well as, completed the pre-approval! I had no transportation (40 miles) to Sandy, so Ed sent a driver for me! When I arrived, I think he was as excited as I was! He began educating me on the vehicle, when 5 mins later, finance manager Brad Hayes summoned to sign paperwork! He was completely prepared and we finished in less than 15 mins. Back out to Ed, not only did he complete education, he continued to set up my OnStar, MyChevy app, SirusXM, and sync my phone! Truly an amazing salesman, and above and beyond, customer service! I will be purchasing all future vehicles from Suburban Chevrolet and highly recommend that others do as well!!
