A little back story: We’ve brought our vehicles here a few times since moving to oregon. We have two licensed teenagers and needing another vehicle, so we were looking around at various places. One place we looked at was over in Gladstone, while the salesman there wasn’t pushy, they just didn’t have what I wanted. The next weekend I made the mistake of calling the wrong place and they were also in Gladstone. That salesman was incredibly pushy and just wouldn’t back down on the phone trying to get me to come in, especially when I realized my mistake! When we (my daughter and I) got to Dick Hannah’s in Sandy, the salesman was with someone, but he brought the vehicle around I was interested from their website. He let us test drive while he was helping someone else. Not once did we feel pushed or rushed! The other place kept texting me, even wanted to know what the vehicle and would give us a better offer. There was NO way this other place could make a better offer, for several reasons; however, at this point, I was so put off by the other place that they wouldn’t have been able to make a deal to buy anything that I would be comfortable in buying, not even a key chain! Anthony at Dick Hannah in Sandy was great to work with! We even test drove the vehicle, left to meet someone for lunch, and came back. Not once did we feel pressured not to leave for lunch, nor were we hounded while we were at lunch. When we came back to see about buying it (this time the family), we still weren’t pressured, nor rushed because it was getting close to closing time. (Side note: my other daughter and her dad went to Salem where she bought a “new to her” truck to see about the truck she bought two weeks before and to this day, she is still waiting to get it because of all the things Dad is having them fixed before our daughter drives it!) I knew I was going to give them a review, but I purposely waited a few weeks to be even more confident with my review. We all know nothing is guaranteed, not even brand new cars. So when you buy a used car, truck, SUV, etc., who you buy from is incredibly important because no one wants buyer’s remorse! Buying a “new to you” car, is an important buy, who you buy from is crucial! We’ve had the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few weeks now and I knew I liked it when we bought it, but now I love it! It’s peppier than I expected, and it has WAY better gas mileage than our two older vehicles! If you’re looking for a new, or “new to you,” vehicle, go to Dick Hannah’s in Sandy! More

Was provided a number which was close to expected, tried to negotiate a little but they were not willing to budge. Reached out via email and text and waited for a few hours for a response. Finally exchanged a couple texts, so I submitted my application to my CU (no credit run, just the initial pre approval). Then the dealer tells me they forgot to add tax, so now I informed them that it's outside my budget. Then I get a text saying that the vehicle may be sold to someone at their sister dealership and am i still interested. I said yes but not at that price. Dealer asks if I'd let them run credit and extend the term to get my payment where I want to be and that the vehicle is still available. Told them I didn't want to take a hit on the credit report if it's not worth it. They gave me ball park numbers and I submitted the app. They pulled credit. An hour later, after I got done at an appointment I asked for an update and was told the vehicle has sold! What an absolute frustrating waste of time and effort... not to mention the hit to my credit report. Absolutely unbelievable...I'm furious! More
