Phone numbers do not work! Dropped off my Acura the afternoon before my 7:30 am service appointment. I tried to call the dealership the next morning because I decided I did not Dropped off my Acura the afternoon before my 7:30 am service appointment. I tried to call the dealership the next morning because I decided I did not want to pay $140 for just a diagnostic. I tried using the 2 phone numbers I found online and neither one of the phone numbers were working. Service: 888-674-8405 and Parts: 888-683-3196. The dealership has only 1 phone number, 503-252-2872, which is the main store phone number that opens at 9am. There is no way to reach the service department between 7am - 9am. They need to update their presence online. I was very frustrated when I could not reach them, realizing now I will have to pay the $140. On the positive side, the problem with my car ended up being minor, a broken spark plug and coil. They fixed the problem and it was included in the $140 diagnostic fee. And the service dept representative handled my frustration professionally, however, at the time, I thought that a "I am sorry, our phone calls go thru the main store" was not enough, I felt it should have been a discount since it is their problem that a customer cannot reach their department between 7am-9am in the morning. But, like I said, in my situation I did not have major problems with my car. More

He showed me why there price was cheaper then mine and made me feel very comfortable with my decision to purchase my 2014 Dodge Charger SXT through Dick Hannah. I was impressed that he took the time make me feel good about my price and purchase. Hats off to Tony L. I would recommend him to any one looking into purchasing a vehicle to check him out first. He didn't pressure or push me into making a purchase until I felt comfortable with everything. He helped me with understanding all of the features of the car. He offered his time anytime if I ever needed help figuring things out in the car. I love my new car. Love everything about the process of buying it. More

Great Experience from Start to Purchase There is so much info available online and what really impressed me is that the team at Dick Hannah gets it. They know most customer walking in to lo There is so much info available online and what really impressed me is that the team at Dick Hannah gets it. They know most customer walking in to look at vehicles are armed with good knowledge on pricing, rebates, incentives, package options and features, and they don't ignore that, in fact they encourage customers to do their own research and be comfortable with their vehicle purchase. This is why it was so pleasant for me to work with Tony Lockett and his team to purchase my new Acura. This business is about building trusted relationships and if something your dealer says doesn't match your own online research, there's something intangible in the dealer/customer relationship that's created that makes the vehicle purchase very stressful because in the back of your mind there's some doubts. Not the case with Tony and everyone I met with at Dick Hannah. Not only was there a premium on providing the best customer experience, but everything they said was exactly what I was expecting based on my personal research. They worked through any of my concerns to my satisfaction, we quickly agreed to a fair price, and they always made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Buying a car should be exciting, not stressful. And Dick Hannah made the whole vehicle purchasing process smooth. If you're in the market for an Acura, recommend you check them out. More

Happy Customer I first contacted the dealership via email to see if a certain used car was still in stock and that I was planning to drive up to Portland from the Sa I first contacted the dealership via email to see if a certain used car was still in stock and that I was planning to drive up to Portland from the Salem area later in the week in hopes of seeing it. I received a message back from Scott Wildman saying that he placed the car on hold for me until then. I totally didn't expect that and thought that was awesome! Scott's email and text communication was great and I think I had a smooth car-buying experience. I also met with Tirzah who handled all of the paperwork - they both answered all my questions, had a fun sense of humor and were easy to work with. I recommend going to see them anytime! More
