It was really handy to have a body shop onsite as our unit trading in had a tire blowout and body damage as we were on our way to the dealership - they took it all in stride and still gave us exceptional value for our unit. Duane is one of the most organized financier I have ever encountered. Chuck was at my every beckon call - and I had a lot of calls and questions, and Paul hung with us with every question, went through every feature in the coach and made sure we were not but completely satisfied before he left. They loved our dog and even thought of little things like giving a ride to the hotel and bringing us waters. We will, without a doubt be back when we are ready for the next one! More
