Had a great first time experience at this dealership Dealership in Southgate was great to work with. I called to set up an appointment with Mike Leidner for service on my trailblazer and he told me that Dealership in Southgate was great to work with. I called to set up an appointment with Mike Leidner for service on my trailblazer and he told me that I could drop off that day and said depending on the issue that I more than likely would get my vehicle back the next day. Mike called me the next day and said the vehicle was ready for pick up. He was extremely helpful with the issue I was having and assured me that it would be resolved. I highly recommend this dealership in Southgate rather than where I purchased in Woodhaven. More
Waste of time Took my truck in on a Friday for service for which I had an appointment for. Had a few minor issues but the priority was to check a problem with the Took my truck in on a Friday for service for which I had an appointment for. Had a few minor issues but the priority was to check a problem with the transmission. Said they could not get to the transmission late Friday due to the transmission techs being backed up with two ahead of me. The following Monday they stated they may get a chance to look at it, but never did. Tuesday was told still two in front of me and now only had one tech as the other was on vacation for the week. By Tuesday night still had not looked at the trans. Wednesday morning they still had never looked at it and told them I would pick it up and take it somewhere else, as tomorrow was the Thanksgiving holiday and needed it for the weekend. What a complete waste of time, and I kept having to call them to check status as they did not keep me in the loop as much as they should have. My wife told me not to take it here, but it was close and I thought I would give them a try. Bad mistake and will never go back, lots of other dealerships and independent places. More
Service department Customer service is defined by how you treat your customers. To take 3 months to figure out and issue is unacceptable, now I was never treated with an Customer service is defined by how you treat your customers. The customer should not need to call in. More
