"Worked" on my car for over a month Car service keep my car for over a month. I paid 700 dollars for the service and my GMC Terrain was not fixed. Dealership returned my car twice on Fridays and my car left me stranded on Saturdays. I'm not sure if their technician could fix my car or if it simply was not a priority since I had already paid. I talked to the manager and all he said was to take it back in. I had to look somewhere else since my rental car bills also are adding up and I was not getting any closer to having my car working. Dissatisfied Customer I am fuming - took my car in for a slow leak in the coolant system. They kept my car for two weeks before calling me with the estimate. When I told them that I was going to come and get my car, I was told that there would be a charge for the loaner. I went in to pick it up and I was told that there was a $200 rental fee for the loaner. I told them that I was not going to pay $200 when I was told initially that it would take 3 or 4 days. I finally agreed to pay $80 for the loaner. They reprinted my paperwork and hit me for a $121.95 charge for diagnostics. So I got screwed by Dick Genthe Chevrolet. I will never buy another car from them again. More

Terrible quality vehicle's 1st car they tried to sell me, the transmission went out during test drive. ( I recorded a video of it) So I was ready to go somewhere else, but Doug 1st car they tried to sell me, the transmission went out during test drive. ( I recorded a video of it) So I was ready to go somewhere else, but Doug Raines was a good salesman and suckered me in. The car I did get I've had for about 3 months and Its been in for service 3 times a total of 7 days. It is currently there for a bad fuel pump, and they are always out of loaner cars. So I've been out of luck every time it needs service. No loaner car, no rental reimbursement, and the rudest service manager I've ever encountered. (STEVE Szabados) I don't know nor do I care if I spelled his name right. More

Service Consultant Mario Alfaro gets the job done! He nailed the problem within minutes, was courteous and charming--"That's what we do", and arranged for shuttle service to my home again within minutes. The shuttle driver, James was also very friendly and accommodating. My car was repaired within a couple of hours, far before the anticipated time. Can't say enough about this positive experience! Would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
