We are still working on fixing the issue, but they have gone above and beyond since Mr. Genthe was contacted. Mr. Genthe is fabulous with his customer service and Ray has been extremely kind and helpful. Although, we were extremely unhappy in the beginning, we have since been EXTREMELY pleased with how our situation has been dealt with. More
This is the fourth vehicle that my family has purchased from Barry "Chipper" Goudy and Dick Genthe Chevrolet. His personal commitment and that also of the dealer to customer service is outstanding. No stone is left unturned in searching for the correct vehicle for a customer. I spoke personally to the gentleman that goes to the wholesalers looking for vehicles and explained just what I wanted. He found the correct vehicle within one day !! I am somewhat disabled and the used car department went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable in every way and enjoyed the process of purchasing a vehicle. Little things such as finding a chair with no arms, helping me up and down the stairs and bringing vehicle to me to try instead of walking through the lots make a wonderful impression on a customer. Refreshments were also offered repeatedly. It was all greatly appreciated. Barry even went as far as to introduce my husband and I to Richard Genthe and explained to him that we are repeat customers. The price was right, all warranties were explained and the "extras" on the car were demonstrated. The lowest interest rate for financing was also provided. All the paperwork was completed easily in a timely manner. The seat belt extenders I requested were ordered and a license plate holder and key chains were provided. I would highly recommend Barry and the dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. I will definitely return myself the next time I need a vehicle. More

I was looking for a great car and received a flyer in the mail from Dick Genthe.. I called to inquire about thier great deals and spoke with Jennifer Boller. Jennifer was great and very welcoming. I met with Jennifer and she helped me to find the best car for me. She was very helpful; she even offered to let me test drive her car. I was so impressed with her customer service. When I originally signed my lease, the signing date was entered wrong. In order to fix this problem, and have my payment date moved so it matched the date of original signing, Barry worked with the bank an entered wrong. In order to fix this problem, and have my payment date moved so it matched the date of original signing, Barry worked with the bank and me to figure out how to fix this problem. In the end, dealership covered the cost to change my payment date so it matched the original pickup day of my car, and saved me the money of having to pay for it myself. More
As a previous satisfied customer, I brought my mom in to see Barry. He introduced us to Danielle for information on new and lease cars.
