I have never experienced a bad time or had any one not be friendly to me. On my last trip to purchase a car i was not sure what i could get cause at that time my finances and the price range of what i needed for a car i didnt think was possible. I have bought a previous car from Ron Gignac and knew that if there was someone that could help me out it was him. He knowledge of the cars on the lot and not to mention his friendly personnality is something that you dont find at every lot. He knew what he was dealing with after a brief chat about my finances and to my surprise he not only got me into a car but he was able to place me in my very first brand new car and helped me decide that leasing would be a better way for me. I have had my car now for a year and i cant say how thankful i am that i have this wonderful car and that Ron Gignac went above and beyond to make sure that i was totally happy with my purchase. I will recommend the dealerhip and Ron Gignac to my friends, family members or any one that i hear is looking for a car. And i will for sure be back in 3 years to get my next car. Paul greeted my husband and I, in a courteous and professional manner. I was embarrassed to tell him about my credit situation, but I wanted to rebuild my credit, and not have my name removed from th professional manner. I was embarrassed to tell him about my credit situation, but I wanted to rebuild my credit, and not have my name removed from the loan like the previous dealership did. He understood what I wanted and he took the time to listen to our needs. During the entire process, he made me feel at ease, and I never felt pressured. While we were waiting for our loan to be approved, he constantly returned to communicate the process to us. I am happy to say that I was approved for the loan and although my husband cosigned for me, he was able to get me a loan which will help increase and rebuild my credit. Dave and Kevin were simply just fantastic to work with on my purchase of 2011 Cruze. Yes I said to work with. Dave came back from a lunch he was 10 min. Into, stayed over another day, and put up with me on my purchase of 2011 Cruze. Yes I said to work with. Dave came back from a lunch he was 10 min. Into, stayed over another day, and put up with me comming back several days to look at several cars and answer my questions fully and professionally. When I finally came to a choice he had me work with Kevin who had gotten me approved for a $400 payment at 12.9 o/o interest rate I told him after all his work that would not work for me and I would really have to think this over. Kevin appoligized for not being able to do better for me( like my credit issues were his fault) he thought to see if my husbands credit would get us a better rate or lower payment and guess what it worked!!!! $316 payment 6.09o/o and no need for gap insurance=$799 savings and an 84 month/ 90,000 service warranty. Yes this is customer service. Thank you for not only doing your job but doing it with a passion that results in great results. I wish I could clone this customer service passion in all my dealings. Took my 2008 HHR here for body work. Initial drop off an info transfer was fine. Communication during the repair process was lacking. I had to call in and ask about a date of completion. Picking up the car info transfer was fine. Communication during the repair process was lacking. I had to call in and ask about a date of completion. Picking up the car was an utter fiasco. Mike, the manager of the Body Shop is the RUDEST person I have ever encountered in my 20 years of being a GM customer. They closed at 6, and I could not get there until right before 6pm. I called him at 5:30 and told him I was on the way and it would be close. All I had to do was pay my deductible and get my keys. When I walked in the door at 5:57, Mike very rudely tapped his watch and said "30 more seconds!" My fiance, who was with me and is an engineer at GM, politely reminded him that it was about customer service and that the transaction would only take less than 2 minutes and that staying 2 minutes past 6 pm was worth it for a loyal customer. Mike then proceeded to shout at my fiance about how he had been here all day and left at 6pm with no exception. I get it. He wanted to go home to his family. We wanted to go home too. But instead, Mike insisted on arguing with my fiance for well over 5 minutes. Once he finally rang me up, he threw my car keys on his desk and said "you're all done." He never took me out to the car to walk me through the repair, he never said "thank you" or "come again" or "I'm sorry I was so rude and picked a fight with you for no reason." If he would have kept his sarcasm and rudeness contained, taking me out to the car, showing me the repair, and ringing me up would have taken FAR less time than it did to yell at me and my fiance for coming in at the last minute for a simple pick-up. I brought my car to Genthe because it is a State Farm preferred repair shop. I will be letting SF know how I was treated by Mike. I just moved down to GI from Novi and I was looking for a new Chevy dealer to replace my beloved Liberty Chevrolet. I will NEVER bring my car here again. Mr. Genthe, you should be ASHAMED of how Mike acted towards a customer today. More

I was very up front with Cindy, who in turn, was very honest with me. They held my newer vehicle for two days waiting on the down payment. I was treated with respect and kindness. I felt as if I was family. A shuttle was sent out to my work to come and pick me up to finish the transaction. The fact that they have been in business was an extra insurance policy knowing I was getting a mechanically sound vehicle and that they stand behiond their work and vehicles. I will refer anyone that needs a vehicle to Genthe. More
With having not the best credit I was alittle apprehensive on even looking for a car but my husband said lets do it! He spoke with Barry first who was encouraging with the credit issue. When I came back with him to look for a car Jamie was helpful in telling me which vehicles really would fit our situation, Barry was off that day. I drove about 4 different cars and felt one was just right. Contacted Barry and he said Jim would get the deal we needed. WEll, Jim was AWESOME! Got the payment I could afford and the downpayment I had. What a pleasant experience!! Great with my 5 year old too :) More
