Threatened to place criminal charges on me, if I didn't pay , so what did I pay $79.00 for not trust worthy dealership. Did return with original deal jacket to prove I had paid. Why go through that ! Great service all around Bought a used Malibu from Doug Raines. He was very helpful and was sure to point out everything about the vehicle we should know. Being one of our first larger purchases, we were a little nervous about having to finance it. We got a great price on the car and also purchased the additional warranty. After a week or so of driving, we started having an issue with the radio and key fob. Doug made sure that I was supplied a rental vehicle and the repair was made pretty quickly. The Service representative Scott was also extremely helpful. He kept me updated on the repairs. They also found an oil leak while the car was in for service and repaired it that day. All was done at no cost to me. Awesome customer service and would highly recommend going to Doug if you are in the market for a used car. I know we will be needing another one around summer, and I know where I am going. More
