Horrible Service I have had the same issue serviced several times and my new truck still drives horribly. I was going to purchase at lease end but im going to cut my losses and move on to a different dealer and vehicle altogether. Do not purchase any extra insurance that they offer at the time of sale because its also a joke. I will be pursuing legal action against Genthe. More

So it is with pleasure that I take a moment to personally thank them for making our experience a positive one. I enjoyed a successful career of watching and observing people, so it was easy for me to write this review attesting to Doug’s personal attention to details and professionalism salesmanship from the outside looking in. It was obvious from the start these people were an asset to the company they represent and the product they sell. As a consumer with a good grasp of business organization it is important for me to say the first impression is the lasting impression … businesses either live or die by word of mouth customer service and satisfaction. We recently purchased a vehicle from DICK GENTHE CHEVROLET. The moment we arrived we were met by a warm greeting and handshake. The individual introduced himself as Doug Raines, who was patient courteous and quite professional. After the purchase an issue surfaced with the vehicle requiring some service but even the slightest problems were "comprehensively addressed” much to our satisfaction. The service representatives were outstanding! I was completely taken back by this type of customer service. The individual handling service of my vehicle Nick Scott, was clean courteous and attentive to my concerns, and for that reason I was in a perfect position to observe him personally and from afar. Finally in closing, as former Toyota and Ford owner, I can honestly say this is exactly what I will remember and share with my network of acquaintances since the whole experience was powerfully positive and lasting. I was treated by 5 other dealerships like they had no time for me. I was blessed to have Jamie Conley answer the phone. He found me a 2011 Buick Lucerne CXL , and he showed interest , and a willingness to go above and beyond , which he exceeded beyond even my high expectations !. He helped me with every aspect of car buying from financing (got me an awesome rate with a local credit union ) and with his reassurance that this with be a smooth and seamless experience, which it was ! Jamie was so kind, respectful and did extra things like getting a door ding fixed. He taught me so much about car buying . (My Oldsmobile was 18 years old , and tired ).John Tomlin , in Finance walked me step by step through the contract process , and was a delight to spend that painful part with ..there was no pressure , only a willingness to service in a high standard. Jamie Conley is the infinitesimal representative of how a quality dealership can reach the highest standard of Excellence in customer service. Jamie talked me through my On Star set up , taught me about Sirius radio and how the plans work. He spent hours just answering my questions and immediately meeting my needs. I live 17 miles away , but I will be taking my beautiful Buick to see Mike in service. I felt like it was my Birthday as I drove this mint Buick of the lot and being so grateful that I was fortunate enough to have patient and kind Jamie to walk me through this big purchase and make me want to bring my daughter in for a used vehicle.
