The entire process runs smoothly from entering to exiting. One suggestion is to make sure that the workers mention to the customer that they have refilled/checked wiper and brake fluids, windshield wipers, and air pressure in tires. I've been in a few times and it seems like they mention that all lights work and they show you the oil, but the customer has to ask on the other things. More
