Duane Hess is the best salesman they have! Duane Hess was nothing short of extraordinary. He went above and beyond his duties as a sales person. He went to bat for me and I feel as if I got the Duane Hess was nothing short of extraordinary. He went above and beyond his duties as a sales person. He went to bat for me and I feel as if I got the best deal possible for my new Traverse. He was patient and explained everything to me. He even made turning in my lease with another dealership easy and I just left my old vehicle with him when I received my new Traverse. Another thing about Duane and his team is when he learned of my less than satisfactory experience at another branch of the dealership, he did everything he could to make things right for me. He will completely lie to you and place a great deal of pressure, on the verge of stalking, to get you in there. Then comes the double talk song and dance. I am so completely disgusted with his tactics. As long as the man is under employ of the dealership, I will not return for future business. I will in fact steer anyone looking for a car away from this dealership. To be left with a blatant lie after lie, so done. Pull ahead program and Financial Departments I had several phone calls and email for pull ahead program on my lease.I told them I had accidentally paid two months advance on my lease. It wasn't and they were nasty to me when I called several Financial managers up the line. I traded my trax lease for a equinox on may 17 my lease was paid until July 7. They sold my trax on may 30. They got their first payment from the sales of the trax on June, plus my lease payment till July 7. They then tried to charge me another 150 for selling it. This is lease pull ahead without Penalties . I am a retired G.M. Worker and I will never buy or lease anything from Dick Genthe again with the disrespect I got from the Financial department .
