Leasing a new vehicle 2018 Equinox My husband and I have been doing business with Dick Genthe for OVER 20 years now. We have always been happy with the service we received - so we just My husband and I have been doing business with Dick Genthe for OVER 20 years now. We have always been happy with the service we received - so we just kept going back to them everytime my lease is up or if my husband wanted to buy a new vehicle, or if we need our vehicles serviced. This year has been very hard for me because my husband recently passed away. I had always depended on him on many things especially shopping and leasing a new car. I am hearing impaired so I dreaded going to the dealer without my husband but after meeting Mario and telling him about my disability, he put me at ease right away. He was willing to accommodate me - which ever way was easier for me to communicate with him effectively. He was very patient with me and made sure I understood him. So it was not hard for me to make a decision on selecting and leasing a new Equinox. He made the experience pleasant and less stressful for me. So did Nathan who handled my lease agreements. Nathan was very nice, and sympathetic towards my condition and my recent loss. Both Mario and Nathan showed me sincerity and compassionand. I do appreciate that a lot.
