Duane Hess is the best salesman they have! Duane Hess was nothing short of extraordinary. He went above and beyond his duties as a sales person. He went to bat for me and I feel as if I got the Duane Hess was nothing short of extraordinary. He went above and beyond his duties as a sales person. He went to bat for me and I feel as if I got the best deal possible for my new Traverse. He was patient and explained everything to me. He even made turning in my lease with another dealership easy and I just left my old vehicle with him when I received my new Traverse. Another thing about Duane and his team is when he learned of my less than satisfactory experience at another branch of the dealership, he did everything he could to make things right for me. The Dick Genthe Chevrolet team were incredible and I will not see anyone else besides Duane in the future! More

He will completely lie to you and place a great deal of pressure, on the verge of stalking, to get you in there. Then comes the double talk song and dance. I am so completely disgusted with his tactics. As long as the man is under employ of the dealership, I will not return for future business. Pull ahead program and Financial Departments I had several phone calls and email for pull ahead program on my lease.I told them I had accidentally paid two months advance on my lease. It wasn't and they were nasty to me when I called several Financial managers up the line. I traded my trax lease for a equinox on may 17 my lease was paid until July 7. They sold my trax on may 30. They got their first payment from the sales of the trax on June, plus my lease payment till July 7. They then tried to charge me another 150 for selling it. This is lease pull ahead without Penalties . I am a retired G.M. Worker and I will never buy or lease anything from Dick Genthe again with the disrespect I got from the Financial department . My wife and I recently purchased a cer To whom it may concern, I am writing you to inform you of my terrible experience with Dick Genthe Chevrolet. My wife and I recently purchased a certified preowned black, 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe from Dick Genthe. The next day my wife was driving the vehicle and noticed that the low tire pressure light was on. She also told me that the low oil pressure alarm kept signaling. I then went into Dick Genthe and spoke with one of the Service Representatives. The Service Rep told me that the tires might of lost pressure due to sitting in the parking lot and that the oil alarm might me due to a bad sensor. The Rep also showed me that last oil change print out from January 2017. On Thursday 6-8-17 my brought the Tahoe into Dick Genthe to have it serviced. She was told that one of the tires had a hole in it and that the oil level was extremely low. The Service Rep said that the oil was so low it was not conducive for the amount of miles that she was driving. When my wife returned home with the vehicle I noticed that the tread was extremely low on all of the tires. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention that was shown with our vehicle. I realize that it is a used car but I do not believe that we should be having these types of issues with a certified vehicle that was just purchased. It makes me feel that your dealership is only interested in a sale and not doing what’s right by the customer. Because of my frustration I sent several emails to your customer service department. I sent the emails to a Tarra Fox and in the emails I explained the issues we had with the vehicle and my dissatisfaction with Dick Genthe but I had still not received a reply. This has been a terrible experience for both my wife and I, and we will never purchase or bring our vehicles into Dick Genthe for service again. I work in law enforcement and integrity is one of the most important virtues in my book. Your company has lost all integrity with me and I will let everyone know of the poor service that you provide. Great Customer Service I just leased my new Traverse last Friday - first Chevrolet vehicle ever! And I have to say that my experiences with the general manager, sales, and I just leased my new Traverse last Friday - first Chevrolet vehicle ever! And I have to say that my experiences with the general manager, sales, and finance departments were excellent. You can buy a new vehicle anywhere - it's the people that make the difference in the car buying experience, and Dick Genthe does it right! Duane Hess handled the lease of our vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient throughout. He made sure to take me to my new vehicle and show me many of the features that I would have never discovered on my own. Let's face it - I'm never going to read the owner's manual, so this overview of the vehicle was critical and he did a great job. For example, I have seen the TC button on several of my other vehicles, but I finally know when and how to use it! He had me set up the On Star and my Chevrolet apps and we made sure I had set everything up correctly. I made some sort of entry error in the set up along the way, and Duane was so patient with me and helped troubleshoot where I went wrong. I left the dealership with everything working properly. I emphasize his patience because we were there on the last day of the month, and the dealership was incredibly busy. He could have easily breezed through the process to move on to another customer, but he made sure everything was just right before we left. Brad Wise, the General Manager, checked in on us while we were there. He was friendly and interested in making sure everything was going smoothly - it was! He clearly has surrounded himself with a great staff to make our experience positive. We had the kids sitting in the waiting area watching TV while we filled out the paperwork, and he took the time to visit them and he gave them each a bobble head car. Even the boys were happy with the new car buying experience! Keep up the good work, Dick Genthe! It's easy to see why you are a leader in sales for Chevrolet. More
