Almost gave up on the buying experience. Almost gave up on the idea of getting a new vehicle for myself. I had visited a number of dealerships near my home and left each one feeling as though Almost gave up on the idea of getting a new vehicle for myself. I had visited a number of dealerships near my home and left each one feeling as though all the sales reps had made their month already and if I didn’t like what they had to say, that was ok because someone else would walk in the door as I was walking out. I ran into the same indifference at a dealership in a small town in northern Michigan. To say the least I was feeling defeated and quite disappointed. I happened to see the ad for Genthe Chevrolet in the paper the day after thanksgiving. I decided to drive from my home in Roseville to Southgate to see if they wanted my business and I’m glad I did. Dan Koluder was my sales rep. He listened to what vehicle I was interested in and what options best fit my needs. We discussed several payment options and he was able find a vehicle that met my criteria at a payment I was comfortable with. At no time did I feel high pressured and I felt that he had my best interest as his number one priority. I also have to give a shout out to Nathan Ward in the finance department who went above and beyond being creative enough to get me the terms and payment that I felt most comfortable with. I would highly recommend Dan and Nathan if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
