Terrible quality vehicle's 1st car they tried to sell me, the transmission went out during test drive. The car I did get I've had for about 3 months and Its been in for service 3 times a total of 7 days. It is currently there for a bad fuel pump, and they are always out of loaner cars. So I've been out of luck every time it needs service. No loaner car, no rental reimbursement, and the rudest service manager I've ever encountered. (STEVE Szabados) I don't know nor do I care if I spelled his name right. More

He nailed the problem within minutes, was courteous and charming--"That's what we do", and arranged for shuttle service to my home again within minutes. The shuttle driver, James was also very friendly and accommodating. My car was repaired within a couple of hours, far before the anticipated time. Can't say enough about this positive experience! Would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Hit and run My truck was hit in a parking lot while I was shopping and of course there was no Note or anything informing me of who did the damage to the truck. Cookie the shuttle driver did a great job of driving in a blizzard and getting me to the dealer just before they closed. My car was fixed and they test drove it to make sure it was running well before I came to get it. They also refilled my windshield washer fluid at no charge. Thanks very much for great service. More
