Duane was very thorough and patient with explaining the vehicle to us. Jim handled the numbers side and I can't thank him enough for the great deal he got my Uncle on his trade in and lease payment. Duane Hess and Jim Matyas made everything so simple and are the BEST to work with. They helped my 82 year old Uncle with his first lease and made him feel so comfortable.
