I had purchaced a C250 7 months ago and had a terrible experien This was my second attempt at trying to purchance another vehicle at this dealership. I had purchaced a C250 7 months ago and had a terrible experience with the customer service. I had all but decided not to return here for another vehicle. A couple of months later I had decided to start looking for a larger vehicle and went back to Dick Dyer. When I entered the dealership I was not treated well again because I was strolling around the showroom looking and was not even greeted by anyone. Salesman passing me by like I was a ghost. Then Scott came up and made me feel very comfortable and entroduced me to Barbara Bethea. Scott had assured me of two things. One was what happened in the past would not happen again and that Barbara would take good care of me. On 9/10/16 I strolled in again and both Scott and Barbara took my hand like a baby and placed me in a crib and gave me the car I wanted to play with. My experience was first class and they both did whatever it took to make me enjoy the Dick Dyer baby rattle. I must say it drives and sounds good. Please whoever this review goes to please make them aware that I am very happy with my new rattle and plan of playing with it for a few years to come. I will come back to the dealership for my services and knowing that I will be treated like I bought a $150,000 vehicle. Cudos to both of them for making my buying experience a joy. More

Overjoyed In my pursuit of a new car I visited 3 dealerships before pulling into Dick Dyer Mercedes-Benz on Two-Notch Rd. Within seconds of getting out my car In my pursuit of a new car I visited 3 dealerships before pulling into Dick Dyer Mercedes-Benz on Two-Notch Rd. Within seconds of getting out my car and walking over to a 2015 Mercedes-Benz coupe, Glenn came and greeted me a pleasant hello. We firmly shook hands and began to discuss what type of car I had in mind. As Glenn and I were looking at the features in the 2015 coupe, I noticed a beautiful Mercedes-Benzes drive by towards the back to Finance. I immediately asked Glenn about the car and he mentioned it was more than likely a CPO, a prior leased car. Glenn asked if I was interested in the car, I answered, "yes," he then stated he would find out more information about the car and get back with me the next day, as it was closing time. After Glenn and I said our goodbyes.. we will speak tomorrow, Glenn walked back into the office and I sat in my car for a couple of minutes texting before getting on the road. Less than 2 minutes later Glenn walked up to my window to let me know the car I had fallen in love with was a 2014 250, CPO. I felt that was too kind of Glenn to come back and provide that brief information to me. Customer Service at its FINEST! The next day Glenn emailed 7 pictures of the 2014 250 C along with the price. I was blown away and knew I needed to stop by Dick Dyer's that evening. Long story short I financed the 2014 250 C through MBF. I worked with Chris Hunter, who has such an awesome personality, he was made for that job! With the last minute change I requested, Glenn and Chris were extremely helpful and I am so appreciative that they were willing to work with them so I would drive from Dick Dyer today in the car of my choice.
