The experience with Dick Brooks was the worst I have ever had purchasing a car. Three weeks after the sale the deal has fallen through. The dealership changed some numbers (without my knowledge)on the applic had purchasing a car. Three weeks after the sale the deal has fallen through. The dealership changed some numbers (without my knowledge)on the application and the finance company caught it. The dealership said they could fix it, though now they can't. This has been 2 months ago, and now they are wanting the vehicle back. All this stemmed from a car accident that was not my fault and has caused several injuries to myself and my wife. Their complete lack of integrity would be a good reason, as to not recommend. More

We knew we wanted something that was under $25,000 and large enough for our family but still somewhat fuel efficient -- we were shopping around, but Honda was definitely on our list. We requested an online quote and got a response within a few hours, which was faster than Toyota or Hyundai responded. When we went to the dealership, everyone we encountered was friendly and willing to help. We were already pleased with their service, and there was no turning back once we test drove the CR-V...it was exactly what we were looking for! Not only did they give us a price that was well within out budget, but they threw in a complimentary lifetime warranty AND job loss protection! That gave us some peace of mind in this uncertain economy. Two months later, we're still loving our CR-V. In fact, we'll probably only buy Honda from now on! I'd recommend Dick Brooks Honda to anyone. More

We recently purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L from Dick Brooks Honda of Greer, SC. It was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had in purchasing a new car. From my initial online inquiry (Noon on Brooks Honda of Greer, SC. It was one of the most pleasurable experiences I have had in purchasing a new car. From my initial online inquiry (Noon on a Tuesday), to time of delivery (5 PM on Wednesday), everything was painless, and the staff couldn't have been better. I initially spoke with Alyssa, who is the Assistant to the Internet Sales Manager. She called and got an idea of what I was looking for, and suggested I come in and test drive. When I got to the dealership that afternoon, she had the vehicle she thought best met my needs ready to go for a test drive. After that, she introduced me to one of the Sales Managers, Jimmy. There was no pressure. While we were on the test drive, he looked at my trade. When we sat down, he clearly laid out the various options, and the different payments. I explained that my wife would be the primary driver, so I would want to talk it over with her, and get back to them in a day or so. They completely understood, and did not pressure me to make a decision on the spot. The next day, after discussing with my wife, I called and spoke with Alyssa again, explained that we were leaning toward the financing versus the lease, and began the negotiations. She went back to her Sales Manager and would call me back. A short time later, I was called back by Paul, another Sales Manager. He explained that it was Jimmy's day off, but that he spoke with Alyssa, and knew what we wanted to do. He was confident that they could get us where we wanted to be, and suggested I stop by after work with the family. Later, Alyssa called me to tell me that she would not be available when I was coming in, but that Paul and the team would be taking care of us. When we arrived at the dealership, the truck was prepped and ready for delivery. I met with Paul, and Steve, another sales person, took us through the features and options of the Pilot, and took us for a test drive, kids and all. Then, we filled out some paperwork, and we met Bob, who we finalized the sale with. Everyone was extremely friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be recommending Dick Brooks Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
