My wife and I had previously been part of the Dick Brooks family, with our 2000 CRV. It was a great car, and we kept it for 8 years. They strive very hard to be excellent in every phase of car buying, service, etc. the only thing that I find that Honda dealers do not work very much on coming down on price. I guess they know when you have a product that you know will get a min. of 200,000 thousand miles if you keep it up and will last they do not have to deal much on price. The last car we purchased was a 2011 Accord from their Internet Department. We liked being able to do the majority of our shopping on line.
