Matt is probably the best sales persons I have ever dealt with. He was pleasant and informative but not pushy. It made my experience enjoyable, and I would not hesitate to trade with him again. This is my 2nd Honda purchased from Dick Brooks, therefore I have also dealt with the service department for the last 5 years and have been very pleased with all that I have dealt with. I was impressed with Matt McCalister. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to show my husband and I how to use the features of the car. I worked with Elyssa and Sharon on the purchase of my new 2012 CR-V. I was simply amazed by how different the experience was than what I had learned to expect at other dealerships. Sharon and Elyssa are informed, accommodating, friendly and very professional. No games or gimmicks here! The best price I could find in two states and top-notch customer service...a winning combination. Sharon & Dick Brooks Honda also appraised my trade-in fairly, no low-balling the trade as is common practice at other dealers. Bob, the finance guy was also a refreshing change from the usual, high-pressure, sell-the-extras F&I person. I actually enjoyed meeting and conversing with him. Ed, the general manager of dealership introduced himself and was friendly and accomodating. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a Honda to contact Sharon Grillo. It will be the best car-buying decision you ever made. I will certainly make the 3 hour round trip again without hesitation. More

They were very caring, patient, and informative, thus making our car buying experience a great one. I tried to buy a used van and trade in a truck, at first they offered good deal on my trade (2012 Dodge Ram), but needed money down, at time could not do want they needed, called back 2 weeks later and trie they offered good deal on my trade (2012 Dodge Ram), but needed money down, at time could not do want they needed, called back 2 weeks later and tried to do same deal 2 weeks before (went 300 miles in truck from last trade appraisal) and they offered be 2000 less for my truck and needed doublr the money down, after them saying they would see what they could do, I never recieved a call back, I have bought many vehicles in the past and never had bad customer service like this...I admit my credit did stink, but still no reason for the trade and customer service and no call issues. My husband and I recently purchased a new 2012 CRV from Dick Brooks Honda. We traveled down from Asheville, NC to Greer to visit the dealership and it was worth the drive. We worked mainly with Elyssa Conn Dick Brooks Honda. We traveled down from Asheville, NC to Greer to visit the dealership and it was worth the drive. We worked mainly with Elyssa Connolly and she was an absolute delight. (Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful.) Elyssa was very knowledgeable about the features on the updated CRV and she made us feel totally at ease. She has a direct and genuine approach which I very much appreciate. Elyssa seems to me to be committed to helping her clients get the exact car they are looking for- nothing more or less. She educated us about different options but there was no pressure to add anything we didn't want. I also appreciated that she did not try to convince me that I would be happy with something on the lot. Our local dealer seemed to have a "take it or leave it" approach. Dick Brooks did not have the color/ features combination I wanted in stock but Elyssa and her team searched far and wide to find the car I wanted. During the very short time (just a few days) we were waiting for our CRV to arrive, Elyssa and Sharon gave us daily updates and once it arrived in Greer, they had it delivered to us in Asheville. We feel we were given an excellent car at a very fair price with great customer service. We could not be more pleased. This is what car buying should be like! More
I had a very good experience buying my first Honda from Dick Brooks. Sharon and Elyssa, the folks in the business office, as well as the Miracle Man (Greg?) who actually located my car, were amazing--ver Dick Brooks. Sharon and Elyssa, the folks in the business office, as well as the Miracle Man (Greg?) who actually located my car, were amazing--very helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. And I did not feel harassed at all! Once I had decided on a Civic Si, I visited area dealerships (I live in Clemson) and, on a whim, emailed Sharon, as well. Lucky for me, she called me back as I was sitting in a competing dealership, waiting (too long!) to be helped, checkbook in hand. I immediately left for Greer, even though Sharon offered to handle it for me over the phone. I was too ready to leave and visit a dealership that didn't treat you as though they were doing you a favor. In addition, I wanted to actually drive the car I wanted to buy ( the competing dealership did not have one....). After that, it was history and I bought my car that day. Since then, I encouraged my daughter, Nan, to buy her car, a Honda Fit, there, which she did with much satisfaction, and it was natural that when my youngest daughter needed a car, I came right back to Dick Brooks. I have encouraged anyone who wants a Honda to drive the extra mile to Dick Brooks. I know they will not be disappointed! More
