We at Dick Brooks Honda value each and every client and when we have a client that is not satisfied, we carefully ask why. Each client is entitled to an overview of the events of the sale. When the client’s view and our view are not in agreement, the only one that loses is Dick Brooks Honda. After management reviewed the paperwork, they determined that the numbers were exactly what was agreed upon but our wishes were that the client would see it that way. Because we could not come to that understanding, the deal was cancelled and all monies were refunded. But once again Dick Brooks Honda always strives for harmony in each and every deal.
