Chris pointed out all of our options and gave us time to look them over without pressure. Once we made a decision, Chris quickly and efficiently took care of everything and got us into our new car. Once we were home, we had a question regarding registration, so we emailed Chris and heard back from him right away. We would definitely come back to Dick Brooks Honda to work with Chris in the future. More

Bad business Brought car on April 18 th and less then 24 hr tpms light went on and found slits in belt called April 21 to report to him about problems he said to Brought car on April 18 th and less then 24 hr tpms light went on and found slits in belt called April 21 to report to him about problems he said to bring car in that he couldn't believe when they did a service check that they didn't find the problems so we agreed on April 25 at 3:30 to bring car in for repairs when I go there he looked at belts and said they were new until I told him I was shown were the cracks were the he said oh yes I see them I was told service manager said if it was his car he would wait to change them as far as the tpms light he said he would have to make an appt at Kia and they would pay the bill about 45 minutes later his story changed I left there with nothing fixed and I bought the exteneted warranty for 1500 for What they say it doesn't cover what should have been found at service check before selling the car . I'm going to contact BBB because I feel it's the only way to get these so called sells, service manger and preowned manager to do there jobs!! More

After years of coming here for service, the last few times I had my Accord serviced here, the experience was terrible so I've been going elsewhere for oil changes and other needed work. For warranty wo times I had my Accord serviced here, the experience was terrible so I've been going elsewhere for oil changes and other needed work. For warranty work I took the car to the Greenville dealership. I decided to try again with my new 2013. It's wonderful to see a new crew and the service was excellent. I'll be back. More
I had a sudden life change and needed a much more fuel efficient car (I traded in a 2012 jeep). I also wanted to drop my payment as much as possible. I was really unsure which vehicle I wanted but James efficient car (I traded in a 2012 jeep). I also wanted to drop my payment as much as possible. I was really unsure which vehicle I wanted but James was very helpful and understanding of my uncertainty and seemed to really want me to be happy with whichever vehicle I chose. I decided to trade my jeep for a 2012 Passat Diesel. James was also very willing to work with me thru the internet and on the phone. I have a very hectic life, and could not spend alot of time at the dealership. He was very considerate of this and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign once I arrived. I was in and out within an hour and a half. I arrived late, and James and the finance guy both stayed and finished the transaction past closing. Both had very possitive attitudes about working late. In the end they were able to lower my payment $240 a month and I LOVE MY CAR. MPG is exactly what I was hoping it would be. More
