Amazing Buying Expierence We are a family that has trusted on Honda cars since 1978! I went to Dick Brooks Honda to service my Honda Civic like normal. With a baby on the way, We are a family that has trusted on Honda cars since 1978! I went to Dick Brooks Honda to service my Honda Civic like normal. With a baby on the way, we were planning to buy a bigger car this summer. While my car was being serviced, I was checking out what they had and got talking with Chris DeWitt and Steve Rhoades about a brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey Soeacial Edition. For planning purposes we worked out some numbers. I took the numbers home to go over. Chris gave us zero pressure and was patient as I called and stopped by multiple times to talk. His approach to us was whatever was in the best interest for us. If we wanted to wait, then that was fine. Anyways, they gave us an amazing deal from price, trade-in, and financing. They gave us (in the voice of the God Father) "I am going to make them an offer they can't refuse". So we took it on a overnight test drive. We loved it and bought it. The whole process was 5 stars and they made car buying a fun experience! I have bought 2 cars from Dick Brooks and service my cars there. They are the only place I trust my car business!! Service department visit on short notice. I bought a new Honda Civic in the beginning of February. Last night, I hit something that was on the road, & I could tell right away after continuing I bought a new Honda Civic in the beginning of February. Last night, I hit something that was on the road, & I could tell right away after continuing driving, my alignment was way off. Frustrated because this happened around 9 p.m, I couldn't do anything but wait until the next day. In order to drive straight, I had to hold my steering wheel at such a crooked angle! I dropped my car off at a repair shop the next morning. The guy told me he may not be able to get to it today. I called Dick Brooks Honda, & asked to be transferred to the service department. VICKY answered. She was nothing but polite & understanding. We even had a little chat for a few minutes. She was able to get me into their shop with an appointment in 3 hours! Perfect. I dropped off my car, & I dealt with Amanda. She was extremely nice as well. They took my car right away, & completed an alignment. Unfortunately, when I was driving down the road after I left the Service department, I noticed that my steering wheel still had to be held at a bit of an angle to proceed straight. Now, I work in a service department myself, so I know how frustrating it can be when a customer isn't satisfied. I was again transferred to VICKY, & she asked if I wanted to reschedule an appointment, or if I was able to bring the car right back to the service department. I told her I could come back, & again, she was nothing but polite & understanding. I didn't see Amanda again when I arrived, but another man. I don't remember his name. He apologized numerous times, & took my car right back into the bay to be fixed. They completed the alignment again, & he even walked me to my car telling me to come right back if I wasn't satisfied. This was the greatest experience I've ever had with a service department. Unfortunately, I didn't buy the car from this dealership, but I can tell you right now, every time I need something done or any kind of service on my car such as an oil change, etc; I will be back to this dealership. More
