Their service with a smile I needed a new key for my accord. Rick in the service department contacted me to let me know step by step what was going to happen. I was devastated w I needed a new key for my accord. Rick in the service department contacted me to let me know step by step what was going to happen. I was devastated when I lost my key. Rick reassured me they would get me taken care of the very same day. When I went to pick up my car, I was greeted with a warm smile as soon as I walked through the door. Why the heck did I wait?! My first brand new car was a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander sport. Once it was about 1/3 of the way paid off,I turned it in for a 2019 Eclipse cross. I was My first brand new car was a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander sport. Once it was about 1/3 of the way paid off,I turned it in for a 2019 Eclipse cross. I was content with Mitsubishi. But when I totalled my 2019,I went to Derek to see why everyone was going crazy over Honda's. I drove out with a 2018 Honda Accord Sport. For the SAME PRICE as the eclipse cross,I got a ton more safety features,technology,and way nicer leather trimmed interior! Oh and let's not even begin about the great warranties on the Accord!!!! Blows other brands outta the water. It's cheaper insurance wise because of all the safety features and it's great on gas! Why did I even waste 3 years with Mitsubishi when I was over paying for basic cars with no features when I could've went with Honda?! Derek went above and beyond to get us in the car WE wanted at a payment we could afford! He even worked with us on a down payment.We took our time on the test drive and he knew everything about every car! He was a well dressed encyclopedia! Never seemed to be in a rush or pushing us into a sell. Felt like buying a car from a family member.Come see him just for fashion advice or car advice.lol. When the other eclipse cross is paid off,it WILL be traded in for a Honda!!! Can't wait! More

Honda is only for the privileged I have been shopping cars for about 6 months and I had narrowed down my choices to Honda Accord and a Toyota Camry. I am a registered nurse with low d I have been shopping cars for about 6 months and I had narrowed down my choices to Honda Accord and a Toyota Camry. I am a registered nurse with low debt to income ratio wanting spending around 30k on a new car. I was interested in new and used options. I first met Aaron Craige early on in my shopping cycle and had a nice experience. However, I immediately notice the arrogance that this dealership had about their brand. Upon my return visit I met with a newer guy who knew little about the cars features or the inventory as he couldn't even find a 2019 model to show me. I did find a car that I was interested in on my own. When we entered into negotiations I was bombarded by a guy named Lyman with series of attacks regarding it being a privilege to own a honda and if price was an issue that I should go by the Toyota. Insulted my mother who drove a Nissan and made a lot of other aggressive remarks. The salesman never tried to understand what I liked about the car I had chosen or even attempted to show me alternatives that would meet my budget. No one made any effort to show me anything else and I felt that was lazy. I did leave and I bought a 40K Toyota an hour later. I only write this to let you know that your selling style and qualifying approach will allow your sales reps to starve to death. I was there with my parents who are also in the market to buy two new cars in the next 6 months but will not return to this dealership. More
