I love the car I chose, but it seems that there would have been more room to move on a close out year. The lifetime warranty was a good selling point, but there isn’t much clarity on what it is, how you have been more room to move on a close out year. I was happy with my trade amount and the transaction overall was done rather quickly without excessive back and forth. I wasn’t comfortable sending screenshots of my payoff and insurance information to my sales person’s personal email account. I saw a young man praying when I was waiting for my transaction to be completed. The dealership plays Christian music and I like that. More

Fast! I ran over a tire retread on the highway which damaged most of the plastic pieces underneath my car. I stopped by Dick Brooks who put it up on the rack and showed me the damage. They secured everything so I could drive my car, ordered the parts and replaced everything the next day in about an hour.
