I have looked high and low for the car I wanted. I actually had salesmen try to talk me into a car with nearly 2 k miles and another who said I was never going to find what I wanted. Not only did Amy actually had salesmen try to talk me into a car with nearly 2 k miles and another who said I was never going to find what I wanted. Not only did Amy Caldwell treat me respectfully and kindly, she got the job done with a sense of urgency and desire to exceed my expectations. When she found out I had a 3.25 hour trip to pick up the car, her response was to offer to deliver it. Amy is a "Can Do" kind of girl and at every step along the way assured me I was making the right dealership choice as well as the right choice in the car. They treated me fairly, went out of their way to get me the best financing and the best pricing around. Know you are making a good decision when you choose Dick Brooks Honda and go and see Amy. More

David listened to what I wanted and brought out the exact car I have been looking for. He also pointed out the features that would benefit me - making my "yes" a lot easier. Every employee I worked with was very professional, knowledgeable, and courtesy. I was dreading the car purchasing process but after my experience at Dick Brooks, I will never again "dread it." Thank you for making my car purchase a fun one!! The only one concern I would point out is that on Saturday, June 6, the manager on duty was rude to another employee in front of me. I felt that he was unprofessional and it was not called for in my presence. I felt bad for the employee who was working with me at the time (showing me the features of my new car and assisting me with my settings). She was doing an excellent job but it definitely impacted her once he made the short and rude comment to her - not once but two different times during our feature presentation. I only say this to remind you that customers are watching at all times and the way employees treat each other - in particular, the way upper management treats their employees. Even if employee correction needs to be made, please don't do it in front of your customers. More

I arrived early and Rick Thompson started the paper work right away. After about 25 minutes Rick explained a couple issues I didn't know was wrong and they fixed them while I waited. They did everything in right away. After about 25 minutes Rick explained a couple issues I didn't know was wrong and they fixed them while I waited. They did everything in less than an hour.
