Derek was exactly what I was looking for in a salesman. I reached out to several dealers upfront via email and he was the most upfront and open with what he could do price wise. From there he managed challenges related to our busy schedule and concern about social distancing. The week we settled on a model, I threw my back out and Derek was helpful enough to finish up the deal via phone/email and even delivered the car to our house.
