I have never really experienced buying a car from a legitimate dealership, until now. I have to say that I did not expect it to go the way it did. Chris, my salesman, was not only tremendous in his dut legitimate dealership, until now. I have to say that I did not expect it to go the way it did. Chris, my salesman, was not only tremendous in his duties and knowledge, but as a man. He made me feel as if I were buying my best friend’s vehicle. Then the cherry on top of it all, I met Rick, the sales manager. Again, I was blown away by him as a person. Specifically, those two men were the best part of this experience. I also want to shout out to Alicia and Jack who were funny and entertaining as I waited. What a perfect staff, what a perfect place, what a perfect experience. More

I brought my wife’s 2017 Honda Accord in for service after discovering an engine oil leak that was caused by a service technician done at this shop back in November of 2020. The technician damaged the o after discovering an engine oil leak that was caused by a service technician done at this shop back in November of 2020. The technician damaged the oil filter while installing it causing a slow oil leak. When I arrived at the service department I was greeted by Service Consultant Zach Johnson. I explained the reason for my unplanned visit and Zach listened with concern and apologized for the mistake. Zach assured me that the problem would be fixed with the upmost urgency. My wife’s vehicle was serviced properly immediately while I waited only about 30 minutes. I would like to recognize Zach, Josh (shop foreman), & Gabe (ST) for making a potentially very bad situation into a honorable and positive experience. Thank you for doing “the right thing” without hesitation and taking care of this customer. More
