Your sales rep was trained to use a closing technique that cheated customers by charging customers for undisclosed and non agreed to so called protection fees. That is unlawful and dishonest. When questioned about his actions, your employee Jordan stated that the dealership doesn't make it's money from the sale of cars suggesting that your dealership makes it's money from cheating it's customers. This was a $9000 cheat. There is absolutely no excuse for the actions of your dealership. I know outright attempts at theft when I see it. Stay away from this dealership as they are dishonest and everyone who walks through their door is a mark.

My credit union Altura advised me that the loan rates your sales rep Jordon quoted me for them were bogus and way over Altura's actual rates. Your sales rep then tried to get me to accept another loan that was slightly lower than the first quote but did not identify who that lender was. It was likely his dealership lookin to rip me off.They did not miss a beat in their attempts to cheat me. I can't believe they haven't been shut down based on their willingness to cheat their unsuspecting customers.
