I had a horrible experience when I purchased a brand new Honda Pilot 2025. The car broke down within 3 hours of having it, we had to tow the car back to the dealership the next morning. Once we arrived at t Honda Pilot 2025. The car broke down within 3 hours of having it, we had to tow the car back to the dealership the next morning. Once we arrived at the dealership they informed us that the car was already serviced because of a faulty sensor (this information was never disclosed before the purchase of the vehicle), when they finished with the inspection they told us that they replaced the circuit board and had to reset all the security from the car because it was faulty. We asked to speak with the manager (GREG LEON)and the manager told us that we just had to deal with it that we had already signed the paperwork and that he was not going to do anything to resolve the situation, he kept saying that we had a warranty and that those issues will be cover. Don't buy cars here, you are going to get faulty cars that will be covered by the warranty for a couple years but after all the fixes will come out of your pocket(that explains all the people that were waiting at the service area . I love my car but I wish I had purchased elsewhere. They do not show you any kind of breakdown for the cost of things until you are signing the final page of the contract. The entire negotiation all I saw was a paper that focused on the monthly payments. I had no idea the actual cost of the extended warranty so how could I negotiate anything. The Sales Manager Greg lied to me and told me a security system was already installed and therefore that add on was non negotiable. I took him at his word and thought I would just have to pay for it even though I told them multiple times I did not want it. Guess what isn't installed and I was contacted by the security system company about scheduling an install. They lied to me about my credit score which I told them the number they were saying was not what I had just checked and knew it was. Then on the final paperwork I also saw that I was correct about my credit score and they lied to make me feel like the calculations I had done ahead of time were impossible because I was wrong about it and it was lower than I thought when I did the calculations. I should have walked out. I bought a used car that was not a Honda and they knew nothing about it. They lured me there with a low purchase price advertised but then add on things you don't want and tell you they are mandatory even after you say no to them multiple times and make you feel like you can't get a better deal elsewhere. I liked my Sales Rep Devon and wish I didn't have to deal with Greg the sales manager at all, when he got involved is when the entire experience changed. Trust your gut, if you feel like they are not offering you what you came in expecting them just walk away. I wish I had. More
