Had a nice experience albeit a little longer than we had expected. The car we were trying to purchase was bought by the couple in the next booth from us. We had to get the same one from another dealer which added another expense as well. The people we dealt with were all nice and did take good care of us. The financing guy was very young and when he said he was going to save us on our monthly payments I ran the amortization tables for the loan on my phone. This showed the estimated payment they quoted me originally was well over the actual. Seemed like a bit of sleight of hand to make the dealership look better. Bottom line we got the car we wanted at close to the price we desired. More

Stay Away from Diamond Valley Honda. BEWARE to all MILITARY AND VETERANS families. They stole my money and my military discount. After agreeing on a Out the Door price with one of the manager and paying a $1,500 down payment, I found that the down payment wasn't listed in the loan papers. Despite trying to contact their finance team, I got no help. They took my money and I ended up paying much more than I was supposed to. This dealership is dishonest and shady—avoid them at all costs! I have reported this crime to our local Veterans representative. More
