Excellent customer service. Rodney Phenice, my salesman, took great care in showing me the vehicles I described as fitting my needs. After looking at vehicles for a little while, I asked Rodney to let me roam around and take another look by myself to think things through. Once I made my decision, we went for a ride, and took care of business. Rodney made "ease of checkout" wonderfully painless. After that, my time with Jeannette Daza, the finance manager, was equally as pleasurable and easy. My entire experience at Diamond Valley Honda was remarkably exceptional. I look forward to a long and friendly business relationship with Diamond Valley Honda. Definitely a 5-star operation! Oh, and I really love my Honda CRV, especially those "flower" wheels! More
