Disappointing Experience I strongly advise against choosing this dealership. If I could give them zero stars, I would. The subsequent contract they proposed contradicted our initially discussed terms, specifically regarding the term limit. These stipulations were crucial, as we had explicitly addressed them before proceeding with the credit check. Unfortunately, the new contract altered the numbers significantly. When I requested a $1,000 reduction in the price to proceed, despite my initial willingness to pay the asking price, they displayed inflexibility. During negotiations, they insisted on a price match for shipping at $450, yet the contract reflected $1,600 – a clear inconsistency. Moreover, promises to return calls by noon were unfulfilled, and text responses were nonexistent for days. This experience has not only cost them a sale but has also initiated multiple inquiries on my credit report due to their inability to uphold their end of the agreement.
