As car dealerships go, this was one of the best my wife and I have ever dealt with. We found them because they were one of the few dealerships that had the truck, trim and color we wanted. We found them through Cars.com, which I'm not sure I would recommend again because we got multiple inquires from each dealership affiliated with that marketing site, and that includes the DCH Honda dealer in Hemet, where we purchased the truck. Lorenzo Cardenas, our sales rep., was very knowledgeable about the Ridgeline, the history of the truck and coming features. He was also very open and honest about the sales process, sales tactics, and financing we would need. The only disappointment was that the price of the vehicle was more than the advertised price due to fine print that we didn't notice before coming down. But since it was comparable to other quotes we were given, we eventually settled on a negotiated price with an add-in that satisfied our needs. The other bonus was that financing was a breeze and the dealership didn't try to bump the price with a bunch of add-on's we didn't need or want. Overall, it was one of best buying experiences we've ever had. We would highly recommend the Diamond Valley Honda of Hemet. More
