Dear Customer Service Team, We called as requested and feel like we've been getting the run around. When we asked to speak to a supervisor about the issue, we got routed to voicemail. We left several voicemail messages and requested for someone to call us back to help us resolve this concern in a satisfactory way, which never happened. Several days later we called back again and asked to speak to a sales manager. The person who answered the call said we would have to come back in person to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, that would be a 5-hour round trip, which we are not interested in doing. We are still hoping you will do your part to address our concern and resolve this a proper way. We feel we were misled, that this matter is now being swept under the carpet, and that we are stuck with an overpayment of over $10k. If you could let us know who the best person is to help out or have them call us as soon as possible, we would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
