I cannot believe how easy it was to buy my very first car. Marco, Alfonzo, and Carlos made me feel so welcome and comfortable- not only are these gentlemen professional, they put me at ease. I’ll be hone car. Marco, Alfonzo, and Carlos made me feel so welcome and comfortable- not only are these gentlemen professional, they put me at ease. I’ll be honest, I have only heard horror stories of friends/family having to fight their way to a deal. But I felt heard by Marco and Alfonzo - they communicated their reasoning in a way that I could understand. They were patient with me when I asked to see additional paperwork and numbers, and when I took a close look at my car. Carlos made the final steps easy - he gently explained all paperwork and discussed all options with me. He was also so patient in answering all my questions. They helped me come up with a deal and financing that worked for me. It didn’t feel like I was dealing with greedy salesmen- I felt like I was dealing with dear friends. These gentlemen have such a stellar career ahead of them, and I am so pleased to have worked with them. More
