Was extremely disappointed with this dealership. My 2016 Hyundai was burning an extremely crazy amount of oil. Of course they were aware of the chronic problem and said the engine failure was not covered by the warranty. So I was out of luck and they did nothing to at least offer me a free diagnostic or offer me some type of compensation. I was told that unfortunately some Hyundai engines don't go pass 143, 000 miles. More
Please be advised cal the general manager is not an honorable man. He's disrespectful rude and is not reasonable. He refuses to speak to me uses unfair business practices and other people. So basically I suggest if you really want a hyundai go elsewhere. The rest of staff are the same. Unfair business practices that are misleading. Only review they want is positive. Don't appreciate negative reviews and demand they be taken down. Your not allowed to anwser questions honestly or speak freely. The service was way better encounter that the previous one. I just don't like the fact that if the vehicle has a manufacture recall we only get a one way courtesy ride. They disabled my bluelink so it wouldn't report errors to dealership. They have horrible customer service all around.
