Chris worked with us, without pressuring us too much. When the car we were looking at didn't have a feature we really wanted (all-disc brakes), he found us a Sonata that did, even though he realized that we were strongly considering the other brand of car. He sold us on the Sonata without a lot of pressure, just by emphasizing it's strong points. More
