I brought my car into the dealership to have some warranty work done on the car. The customer service was friendly and did a good job; however, the work was perform and I was told that it was complet warranty work done on the car. I was told that they were busy and to leave the car for a few days.I asked, will this fix the problem. The representative told me not necessarily. She told me Hyundai is reluctant to replace warranty parts, unless you go through an arduous process and I don’t have that kind of time to waste. I was a little disappointed and will take the car elsewhere. More

The staff were nice at first. Few days after I purchased my car they sent me a letter saying I did not get approved for the loan. They said it was a glitch in the system.
