Tanya was so patient and caring with both me and my husband. She knew exactly what I was looking for in a car, constantly offered us refreshments (Which was great because it was so hot that day), and helped provide a plethora of choices in order to find the perfect car for our family. She explained everything to me which was great because I'm not tech savvy at all lol this car is way too cool and high tech for me but she helped me with every gadget and put it in ways that were easy for me to use and understand. Bryan in their finance department was especially great. I can't even begin to tell you the amounts of patience and understanding this man has. I must have driven them crazy going back and forth but Bryan was always so friendly and warm, he explained everything to us so thoroughly, the paper work, the numbers, etc. They were completely honest and up front with us but not pushy or rude at all like most salesmen, and it definitely made us extremely comfortable with this dealership. This is exactly the type of experience people should have when buying a new car and this dealership went above and beyond our expectations. AWESOME SERVICE AND PEOPLE I was a little apprehensive about getting my new car at Rally Hyundai due to some yelp reviews I have read, but Rally Hyundai has friendly, understand I was a little apprehensive about getting my new car at Rally Hyundai due to some yelp reviews I have read, but Rally Hyundai has friendly, understanding people who are committed to matching the right person to the right car. Even the owner came out and said congratulations to me! The transaction was stress-free.They try to make the experience an enjoyable one. When I told them about what I read on yelp, they were so apologetic and explain to me that they had "clean house" and are trying to rebulid their reputation. One of the employee Stacey broke down with pictures and drawings the difference between leasing and buying to me. David (another employee) and Stacey left no stone unturned when it came to getting me a great deal and the right protection.
