Adrianna was very nice and seemed to know what she was talking about. All in all this dealership is not as good as it was before it became Diamond. In general you seem more interested in selling a new c talking about. All in all this dealership is not as good as it was before it became Diamond. In general you seem more interested in selling a new car than keeping a good relationship with old customers. My family has owned nine Hyundais and are losing our loyalty. Every time we try to call the service department we get a call from sales saying that we left a message that we are interested in buying a car. We hate this! The service line never gets back when you leave a message. Face to face your sevice people are very nice but I get a strong feeling that Diamond is just interested in quick sales. More
