Had my vehicle back in a week and I had expected it to be longer. Barret Howle did a great job answering my questions and gave great recommendations. I was very happy with the service I received. Horrible customer service by Barret, the service agent. He was rude, disrespectful and condescending. When I tried to read the service contract he printed for me to sign, he told me, “you don’t even know w He was rude, disrespectful and condescending. When I tried to read the service contract he printed for me to sign, he told me, “you don’t even know what you’re looking at” that I wouldn’t understand it unless he explained it to me. When I explained to him that I’ve read lots before due to me returning over 4x for the same issue, he ignored me and continued. He seemed upset that I opted to read the service contract before signing it. He actually said something like hey, hey, hey to stop me from reading. It was odd and offensive but he didn’t care. He told me the mechanic would possibly resurface the rotors, i explained they had already been replaced, he responded “NO!” As if I was not telling the truth. He later read on a previous contract the rotors had indeed been replaced but he did not apologize or admit he was wrong, just loaded me up with more condescending language. He told me my car would possibly be there all day but he would not offer a rental so that I would have transportation for the day. When I requested to speak with a manager because I didn’t agree with waiting until possibly 6pm if I had an 8am appt, he became upset and asked (with a smile) “So you want to be placed to the front of the line or what” He strangely smiled while dishing out the disrespect as if he enjoyed it. Since the problem I keep returning for is the rotors, I asked if the mechanic could document or at least explain why he thinks the rotors keep warping, he responded “I’m not going to pull my mechanic off a job to for that” I said, no I didn’t say I want you to pull him off a job…. he interrupted me and said “Yes you did” I’ve never experienced such treatment here or anywhere else. When I tried to contact the service manager, Ashley to let her know about the treatment via email and voicemail I received no call back. When I came to pick up the vehicle, which he never called to tell me was ready, I just had to call myself and find out. He told me my car was waiting in the lot for me. After circling the lot, it was not there. When I told him my car wasn’t there, he still did not apologize or admit fault just said he would have someone pull it around. He didn’t even check to see if my car was in the lot first before telling me my car was there. The service guy actually asked for my keys and had to bring the car around from the back. What a horrible display of customer service. More

Three and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation! I arrived at 10am for my appt. At 12:30, I asked how much longer and why was it taking so long when I had an appt? I was told that my appt rotation! I arrived at 10am for my appt. At 12:30, I asked how much longer and why was it taking so long when I had an appt? I was told that my appt was to speak with a service adviser NOT for the service itself? REALLY??? When I called, a specifically made an appt for the first annual service. I didn’t say, “ I want an appt to chat with one of the folks sitting at the desks.” I said I needed an appt for service. When we bought the vehicle we quite liked the sales guys. Then I brought the vehicle out to have the hitch we’d purchased installed. That took two visits to the dealership and a total of almost 9 hours in your waiting room. When I made this appt I asked how long it would take. 90 minutes. Ok. When I arrived, I asked again, how long will it take? 2 hours. I live in Santa Clarita so clearly I can’t go home and wait. But okay, I was willing to wait two hours. (For a service that probably took about 45 minutes max to accomplish. I’ve watched my mechanic here in Santa Clarita do this for exact work on my older Ford Mustang) But THREE AND A HALF HOURS?? The lack of respect for my time and myself has been duly noted. This is the third strike and I’m done with you. My Yelp and Google reviews will reflect this as well. More
