He explained everything twice for me so I understood what I was buying and how to take care of my car. The payments. Etc he was literally perfect. Patient. First of all, everyone to a person was professional and considerate during my two visits. I had the pleasure of working first with your sales Manager; Dan Parra. While he then introduced me to Bryon Gelfo, he also remained part of the process checking in to make sure everything was moving along and I was satisfied with the way I was being treated. I then worked mostly with Bryon. Working with Bryon was a pleasure. He not only knows your vehicles well but he also knew all of the specific features of the 3 models of cars he showed me. He encouraged me to test drive a couple of vehicles and was patient and helpful as we narrowed down the selection. I never felt the pressure I have always felt at other dealerships. Bryon has a rare combination of product knowledge, a belief in the people he works with and a willing ness to put his future customers first. Of course along with this he also displayed a desire to be the best at what he does. When I made a decision as to which car I wanted. Bryon thoroughly reviewed everything about the car with me. The maintenance schedules, basic features and he even setup my phone and all the technology stuff. Even after the sale he has contacted me to make sure that I was happy with my decision and see if I had any questions about my new car. I have bought many new cars in my life, I’ve never had a salesman follow up with me after I drove off the lot.
