I took my 2020 Santa Fe in for its 60k service on July 24, 2023. After my service it would appear my transmission started to act funny and shifting improper. So I took it in again to get my transmission l 24, 2023. After my service it would appear my transmission started to act funny and shifting improper. So I took it in again to get my transmission looked at. They had my car for 5 days and I had to call to get updates on my vehicle and it turns out my transmission fluid was low due to them not calibrating their machine correctly. I paid a lot for my 60k service and they almost messed up my car due to their negligence. My service for my transmission was free but I still paid a lot for the 60k which I find unacceptable. More
I went for an oil change and inspection of a tire that the sensor was indicating and they told me that I had to buy all 4 tires and they did not put air in my low tire. When I took my car to the mechanic the sensor was indicating and they told me that I had to buy all 4 tires and they did not put air in my low tire. When I took my car to the mechanic they told me that the tire was flat and I had to change at least that tire and at Hyundai they did not inform me of this and they gave me a report saying that everything was fine, which could put me at risk. Stephanie who was my sales lady was one of the most amazing and courteous respectful and non badgering salesperson I have ever dealt with. She definitely deserves a promotion or a raise. However the same thing can't be said for the finance manager... he seemed incredibly bothered by me being there, and then when I asked him for copies of my contract he told me they would be on a flash drive and when I told him I wanted them on paper he looked at me like who the xxxx does that? Then I proceeded to confirm that I purchased Gap and I argued with him for about a minute cuz he told me it was not on my contract and it was not there. Until he actually looked deeper and actually found it I was actually about to throw a xxxxx fit in throw the whole deal off because of him. The rest of the transaction with him was okay I guess. More
